Our company has been pursuing the acquisition of a targeted publicly listed company with a view toward further growth.
As you may have seen in recent news reports, the United States has imposed high tariffs on imports from India. Meanwhile, in India, our products are classified as imports from the United States. Traditionally, India has applied low tariff rates to public health–related products in order to meet domestic demand.
However, during the customs clearance process for our first intelligent toilet unit in India, uncertainty arose on the Indian side regarding product classification, resulting in a seven-month delay.
Now that this issue is expected to be resolved, we will accelerate our M&A activities
